HOW TO HARD RESET THIS MOBILE
- Power off your phone
- Press and the hold # button (Green) and Power button
- On screen, you will see “All data will be lost continue?”
- Click Yes
- On the screen you will “Formatting flash, please wait…”
- Wait until phone reboots
